1.) Due to practical reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this moment. This does not affect your statutory rights and you can cancel an order if it has not already been despatched. And if an item is faulty then we will exchange it for another similar item.
2.) Once we have received payment from you then we will send out your item by the next day.
3.) We accept payment by postal order and paypal.
